Look at this: One of those little online quizzes asks whether you are a morning or night person. It tells me I am a night person and it's officially not my fault.

For you, there's nothing worse than having to get up and moving early. In fact, you probably don't hit your peak until well after the sun has set. So if your struggling to make it on a normal schedule, realize it's not your fault. You just weren't meant to do anything during the day!

I saw this today, which lays out the whole left/right brain thing nicely. Although many days I feel like a "no brain" with my ADD and terrible memory problems, from this list, I see that, for the most part, I am definitely a right brain person. My husband is definitely a left brain. But that's good. This way we get a full brain between us. hehe.
